Acer Coffee
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026. This policy explains what information Acer Coffee collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the safeguards we use to protect it.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when you place an order, create an account, manage a subscription, buy or redeem a gift, contact support, leave a review, or subscribe to email updates. This may include your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, coffee and grind preferences, account credentials, support messages, and newsletter preferences.
A gift purchaser may provide a recipient's name, email address, and personal message. We use that information to deliver the invitation, match the gift to the recipient's verified account, administer prepaid deliveries, and provide support. Contact us if you believe your information was provided for a gift in error.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Acer Coffee receives payment status, transaction identifiers, limited payment method details, and related billing information, but we do not store full card numbers.
We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referral source, and security logs when you use the site.
