Using The Site

By using acercoffee.com, creating an account, placing an order, or starting a subscription, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You agree to provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and use the site only for lawful purposes.

Orders And Payments

Product availability, prices, shipping options, taxes, and promotions may change. We may cancel or refund an order if an item is unavailable, pricing or inventory is incorrect, payment cannot be completed, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment is not practical.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you authorize the charge for your order, subscription, gift card, applicable taxes, shipping, and any selected add-ons.

Shipping And Delivery

We pack and ship orders with care, but shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues, or other events outside our control. You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable shipping address.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew according to the plan and schedule selected at checkout or in your dashboard. You may update, pause, skip, or cancel eligible subscriptions before the next shipment is prepared. Changes made after an order has entered fulfillment may apply to the following shipment.

Returns, Refunds, And Order Issues

Coffee is perishable, so we generally do not accept returns of coffee products. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing items, or otherwise not right, contact support@acercoffee.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review the situation and may offer a replacement, credit, refund, or other resolution at our discretion. See our Refund Policy for more detail.

Gift Cards And Gifts

Gift cards are issued for eligible Acer Coffee purchases and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Lost, stolen, misdirected, or improperly used gift codes may not be replaceable.

A gift subscription is a one-time prepaid purchase for a fixed amount of coffee and a scheduled delivery cadence. It does not automatically renew, and the recipient is not charged for included coffee. Optional paid add-ons or other purchases selected by the recipient are separate transactions.

The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate recipient email address. The recipient must redeem the gift through a verified Acer Coffee account using that email address. Contact support before redemption if the recipient email needs to be corrected. Gift transfers are not supported after redemption.

The first delivery is scheduled after redemption according to the gifted plan interval. Eligible recipients may update coffee selections, grind, and shipping address, may use additional prepaid bags in an upcoming delivery through the controls we provide, and may skip or pause deliveries. The prepaid balance is reduced only when an order is prepared successfully. Skipping or pausing does not consume prepaid coffee, and unused prepaid coffee does not expire. Coffee choices remain subject to availability and the eligibility rules shown during redemption and management.

Recipients cannot exchange unused deliveries for cash or permanently cancel a gift through self-service. The purchaser or recipient may contact support for help, including cancellation or refund review under our Refund Policy.

Site Content

The Acer Coffee name, site design, product descriptions, photos, logos, and other content are owned by Acer Coffee or used with permission. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or misuse site content without written permission.

Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability

The site and products are provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acer Coffee disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated here and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use, delayed shipments, unavailable products, or account issues.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the updated date on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
