The Brazilian is remarkably smooth, with rich chocolatey flavors and subtle nutty undertones. I personally brew it as a pour-over. It has a clean, balanced character that makes it very enjoyable to drink to the last drop. It may sound funny, but I genuinely look forward to my morning cup of this coffee when I go to bed at night. Ha! This is good stuff.

Brew Method: French Press using the James Hoffman method.
Nose: Sugary sweetness up front. Some chocolate but not heavy. Mild not overpowering.
Mouthfeel: Live velvet. No bite.
Taste: The sugar profile comes through with no bitterness whatsoever. Another one that can be drank in large amounts! Nothing too complex. Sugar and dark chocolate. Imagine eating one of those dark chocolate morsels with every sip.

Even just opening the bag makes my kitchen smell like an artisan coffee shop. I personally enjoy smooth, drinkable coffee that can be strong without being bitter or sour. This is it— a gentle but very satisfying brew. Will be back for more!
