Peruvian Organic Half Caff

Currently made entirely with organic Peruvian coffees, this balanced 50/50 blend pairs our Swiss Water Process decaf from Amazonas with Peru Minca Organic Washed coffee. Butterscotch sweetness, cocoa, and a bright, sparkling finish come together in a smooth, satisfying cup—especially lovely with cream. Approximately half-caff, with all the character of a full cup.

This variegated cultivar is famous for the white variegation on green leaves which is the absence of chlorophyll. Similarly, about half of these beans are void of caffeine.
