An organic washed coffee from smallholder Minca lots in Junin, Peru. Grown between 1,200 and 1,750 MASL and processed for clarity, it brews with dark chocolate, cane sugar, brown spice, and a gentle green tea finish. Medium body and medium acidity make it an easy daily cup with clean sweetness and balance.
